We are entering our 20th year in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. We provide athletes from Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, and Ocean Counties an opportunity to learn, understand, and practice teamwork, gain strength - both inner & physical, and dedicate themselves to achieving positive self-esteem through hard work and commitment.

We have one of the original and longest lasting Non-Tumble Worlds programs with Top 3 & Top 5 finishes at The Cheerleading Worlds. Our teams have also had First Place, Top 3, & Top 5 finishes at The Summit, All Star Worlds, The One, NCA Nationals, Cheersport Nationals, Jamfest Super Nationals, The Nation's Champion, and countless other national competitions.

We utilize a 10,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art training facility boasting two competition size spring floors, full size trampoline, 40 ft. tumble track, full length air track, and more. We are centrally located within minutes to the Garden State Parkway, Atlantic City Expressway, and Route 9.

All Star One is the only gym in Atlantic County that is a USASF Member Certified Gym, and each of our extensively trained instructors is USASF Safety Certified from Levels 1-6.
