To register for a FREE first tumbling class, fill out the form to the right. Please arrive to your class 5 minutes early. Park in the rear lot and enter through the back door (next to the Lenox entrance). Wear shorts, t-shirt or tank top, athletic sneakers and have your hair up and secure. Report to the desk inside the rear entrance with your parent. Your parent will need to fill out a form and can watch your class from the viewing area. 

 

 

What is Open Gym? Open Gym is for athletes who want to work on skills they've already mastered; it is NOT a structured class. NO formal instruction or spotting is offered during Open Gym although coaches will be present to supervise. Cost is $10 for AS*1 Members and $15 for non-members.
